Projects are a type of collection used to group related objects and experiences together. Projects track and aggregate activity metrics across all objects within the collection and display that activity in collection specific dashboard visualizations which can be used by object managers to get a sense of the success of specific campaigns.

Project Details

The project detail view provides an at-a-glance view of collection level attributes and aggregated engagement metrics across all associated objects.  

Project Custom Attributes

These attributes are unique data points defined by brands which describe specific collection level characteristics that can be associated to all of the related objects in the collection. These fields are useful as a reference point to visualize parent level information (e.g., season, distribution market, year of production, etc).

Assigning Experiences

Connecting Objects to an Experience is done at the Project level.

Create a project
Add all Objects with the same destination Experience to that Project.
Connect the Project to an Experience. Once an Experience is linked to a Project, all Objects within the Project will be redirected to the selected destination Experience.
Note: Projects can be connected to a Blue Bite Studio Experience, but you can also configure a URL Redirect to a specified destination.

Project List

All projects created across all users within an organization are listed on the projects view. Here any project can be accessed by user within the organization and will be taken to the project detail view where all information related to the project and the associated objects can be found. Projects are default sorted by last create date.

Project Search

The project list view can be filtered based on searches when a user looks for a project by its name. Project search will dynamically filter the list view as the user types continuing to narrow the results provided by the user; delivering a best guess based on what the users query vs the project name until an exact match is made.

Create New Project

New projects can also be created from the project list view.  Here users can define a custom project name, short description, and assign any relevant project custom attributes.  Once submitted, the project will be created, a toast notification will let the user know they successfully created the project, and a new listing will appear on the list for that project.
